CHENNAI: Several persons from the film and television fraternities gathered at Santhome Higher Secondary School to witness the final round of `Chennai Angel 2005', hosted by Tata Indicom recently.

The 12 finalists were chosen from over 150 applicants. The contestants had to participate in several qualifying rounds for titles such as Miss Beautiful Face, Miss Beautiful Eyes and Miss Beautiful Hair. The jury for the final round comprised film personalities S.J. Surya, Srikanth, Sonia Agarwal and Lakshmi Rai.

While Sangeetha was declared winner, Mehi and Leela took the second and third spots.
