Karnal: A construction company manager was shot dead by two motorcycle-borne youths in Karnal district town of Haryana, police said today. Naveen Kumar, who hails from Mathura in Uttar Pradesh, was sitting in his office late last evening when two unknown youths fired at him killing him on the spot. Police registered a case against the unknown killers under the Arms Act and Section 302 IPC. -- UNI
