S. Ramakrishnan is Chief Information Commissioner

CHENNAI: The State Government on Thursday took a significant step to make the Tamil Nadu Information Commission functional by appointing the Commissioners.

A retired officer of the Indian Administrative Service, S. Ramakrishnan, has been named the State Chief Information Commissioner, and two other retired officers have been appointed Commissioners.

They are G. Ramakrishnan and R. Rathinasamy.
