From management to martial arts

NEW FIELD: Swami Sukhabodhananda practising `Aiki Jujutsu'

BANGALORE: Having coached scores of people to challenge their mental abilities and attitudes over the years, management guru Swami Sukhabodhananda has decided to gain mastery in a new field at the age of 50.

Coaching him are young Ramesh Jodige and Praveen Singh, who practise martial arts form called `Aiki Jujutsu,' which asks you to be master your emotions to become a master of your physical abilities. The Swamiji, who is already an `yellow belt' in this art, says he likes it for its "economy of effort." The Swamiji, who conducts packaged personality development workshops, says he will demonstrate how one needs to be totally relaxed to be able to make use of little effort to achieve more. "See what happened to the young girl from the call centre who was raped and killed. I am sure if she had known `Aiki Ju-jutsu,' she would have been in a much stronger position to defend herself." "You should be empty not to allow your past to interfere with the present. You are taught to respect your opponent. It is the value that wins, not the individual."
