KARUR : Two persons were killed in a brick kiln near here on Thursday. C. Marichamy(25) of Veerapandi and D. Manoharan(43) of Landakottai belonging to Theni district were working in a brick kiln at Balarajapuram near Valayalkaranputhur. The pipeline burst out when they tried to check the leakage. It is only nine months since Marichamy had got married. The Mayanoor police are investigating.
