Royals makes a winning start
Promoted Royals began its campaign in the Senior Division football league for the George Hoover Cup on a winning note, beating ADE by the odd goal in three at the football stadium in Bangalore. Tamarai (6th) and Prasad (51st) netted for Royals while Elangovan reduced the margin in the 72nd minute. Earlier, in the A division league held concurrently, Southern Blues beat Railway Wheel factory (RWF) on a goal scored by Raju in the 83rd minute.
