CHANDIGARH: Raghubir Singh Kadiyan, Congress MLA from Beri, was unanimously elected as the 15th Speaker of the Haryana Vidhan Sabha here on Friday. The election was necessitated after the Speaker, H.S.Chatha, resigned on Thursday. Meanwhile, the Chief Minister, Bhupinder Singh Hooda, would be expanding his Ministry on Saturday afternoon.
