JAIPUR: The Army's newly established South-West Command in Rajasthan has focused attention on integrated warfare and evolved cooperation with the State Government in intelligence sharing, while ensuring better border management and surveillance since its inception. The General Officer Commanding in Chief, Lt. Gen. K. Nagraj, stating this here on Sunday, affirmed that the South-West Command -- which was now fully operational -- was equipped to join the battle on a very short notice. Lt. Gen. Nagraj, speaking to reporters after inaugurating a polyclinic for ex-servicemen to mark the Army Day, said the South-West Command had undertaken troop exercises, war formations and an Indo-Russian joint military exercise during the last six months. Modernisation of the command would be a thrust area in the times to come, he added. He welcomed the proposed commencement of train service between Munabao and Khokrapar
