Avaya Global's IP Office for SMEs

CHENNAI: Avaya Global Connect Limited (AGCL), an enterprise communication solutions company and a subsidiary of Avaya Inc., announced the launch of Avaya's Internet Protocol (IP) Office for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in India.

Avaya IP Office is an all-in-one solution specially designed to meet communication challenges facing small and medium sized businesses. It is built on Avaya's latest advancements in converged voice and data technology.

Addressing a press conference, Sanjay Singh, National Marketing Manager (Channel), Avaya Global Connect, said Avaya IP Office had been competitively priced for the Indian market. IP Office, with its twin business benefit of boosting employee productivity and reducing costs, would help the company sustain its leadership position in the IP telephony and contact centre businesses in India.

The cost of the IP Office will vary from Rs. 4 lakh to Rs. 20 lakh, depending on the application network.
