Chief Ministers and Governments were jostling with each other to woo investors to their respective States during the just-concluded Pravasi Bharatiya Diwas.

If one flaunted the IT card, the other talked about the blessings of God. One boasted of winds of political change while another strutted recent billion-dollar investments. Weren't our leaders getting too dull and drab in the hard-sell department?
