Former Union Minister dead

PATNA: The former Union Minister, Ramlakhan Singh Yadav, died in New Delhi on Tuesday after a massive heart attack. He was 90. He is survived by a son and a daughter.

Mr. Yadav, a Minister in several Congress Governments in Bihar, was Cabinet Minister for Chemicals and Fertilizers in the Narasimha Rao Government. — PTI
