Irate passengers block train

KOCHI. Irate passengers blocked the Ernakulam-Kollam passenger train at the Ernakulam Junction on Tuesday in protest against its late running. The train, which was scheduled to leave at 6.30 p.m., did not leave until 7 p.m. Enraged at this, passengers sat on the rails and raised slogans denouncing the attitude of the Railway authorities.
