Gokaldas Images concludes equity deal

BANGALORE: Gokaldas Images Pvt. Ltd., garment exporters, on Wednesday announced that the company has concluded a private equity deal of Rs. 45 crore with the Leverage India Fund, a fund managed by IL&FS Investment Managers Ltd. (IIML). The support from IIML will help the company expand its manufacturing capacity in the Denim and Tailored Clothing business which is expected to be completed during this year, according to Jagdaish Hinduja, Chairman, Gokaldas Images.
