KOLLAM: Kollam Bishop Stanley Roman will consecrate the renovated Saint Andrew's Parish Church at Kovilthottam, near here, on Friday. The parish church was established in 1398 and the church at Kovilthottam was built in 1779. At a press conference here on Wednesday, parish priest Dinasius C. Antony said that the consecration ceremony will be followed by a public meeting which will be inaugurated by the Minister for Fisheries, Dominic Presentation. Minister for Public Works M.K. Muneer will be the chief guest. Pravananda Theerthapadar, head of the Panmana Ashramam, will deliver the benedictory address.
