MADURAI : It is the time of the year higher secondary school teachers and students gain more attention as they gear up to take up the public examinations. With the Government putting an end to entrance examinations to professional courses, teachers and students are now concentrating more on recording unassailable scores.

But a change in syllabi and question paper pattern for Physics and Chemistry has put a dent in their spirits.
