Emart opens retail outlet `Next'

BANGALORE: Emart India, promoter of `Next', a corporate initiative to set up a retail chain of exclusive outlets showcasing multi-brand electronics, has opened its retail outlet `Next' in Bangalore. According to N. M. Mathew, Vice-President, Sales and Marketing, Emart India has over 100 outlets and efforts are on to expand the network to 500. About 80 per cent of the chain is operated through the franchisee route.
