Afilias enhances registry services

CHENNAI: Afilias has enhanced its registry services in support of the .IN domain to deliver faster, more robust services in India. According to a release, the .IN domain now joins generic top-level domains (TLD) .info and .org. The service enhancement is a result of the installation of a new DNS node in a facility co-located with the .IN TLD name server. The India node is part of a global DNS network provided to Afilias by its partner, UltraDNS.
