SEBI raps 14 brokers

MUMBAI: The Securities and Exchange Board of India on Thursday issued censure/warning to 14 brokers for various shortcomings, including not having a written code of internal procedure for prevention of insider trading. While eight brokers, including UTI Securities, Shubham and Company and Sunidhi Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., have been warned, censure has been issued to six brokers.
