BAGHDAD: International experts have found minor violations in Iraq's December 15 general elections, but did not question the overall election results, according to a report released on Thursday. In its final report on Iraq's December ballot, the International Mission for Iraqi Elections acknowledged violations did take place, but said many of the complaints considered most serious by the Independent Iraqi Electoral Commission have been ``properly investigated and judiciously resolved.'' The IMIE declared that it has not received ``definitive evidence of other significant shortcomings'' . Xinhua
