SC youth urged to upgrade skills

Avail subsidies, credit from banks: Collector

VIZIANAGARAM: District Collector B. Venkateswara Rao has asked Scheduled Castes youth to hone their skills and change their mindset to rise above the poverty line. Participating as chief guest in the EDP training for educated unemployed SC youth, organised by the SC Corporation at IMA Hall here on Thursday, the Collector said that skill development, hard work and clarity in thinking would alone make one achieve his/her objective. He asked youth to identify units from the list available with officials in District Industries Centre and receive subsidies and credit from banks for establishing units.
