Seminar for IT professionals
Staff Reporter
CHENNAI:
The Professional Aptitude Council (PAC), which conducts a globally accepted pre-employment aptitude test for IT professionals, will host a seminar titled `Getting noticed by the best organisations' on January 22 at the Russian Cultural Centre in Chennai.
Open to IT students as well as job aspirants, the seminar will focus on the important skills and competencies that a software engineer requires and will also share with the audience tips on how to prepare for group discussions and interviews. To register for the seminar, should email PAC at students@pacexam.com to request for an invitation.
Guhesh Ramanathan, Director of Strategic Affairs, PAC, said, "Hiring the right candidate for the right position is an all consuming task for most technology companies in India today. Through this seminar, we hope to bridge the gap between corporates and candidates by helping students and job aspirants understand what skills and competencies recruiters look for in a candidate." Industry leaders, Governments, trade associations, academic partners and PAC's Global Exam Advisory Group have worked together to design the PAC exam. For details, visit www.pacexam.com.
