MR.B.MAITHREYAN (I.A. & A.S) aged 79 years S/o Late V. Bhuvarahan passed away at Bangalore on 20-01-2006 at 2.30 a.m. owing to a Cardiac arrest. He was a very distinguished member of the I.A & A.S cadre and held several key assignments in Govt. of India including as Additional Secretary (Budget) & Additional Deputy Comptroller of Audit & Accounts & also served in IMF between 1978-1982 as Fiscal Advisor to the Govt of SIERRA LEONE. He was a very active member of J.Krishnamurti Foundation and served as Tr ustee of Good Earth School, Tambaram. He is survived by his wife Sarojini, 3 daughters, Uma, Tara, Jyoti and brother Mr. B.Madhavan (IRS, Retd) and 3 Sisters Prema, Malathi and Menaka. Contact: 09810703638.
