Kenexa solution for Ritvik Software

CHENNAI: Kenexa, a provider of talent management solutions, has signed up with Ritwik Software Pvt. Ltd to provide its recruitment solutions. As part of the alliance, Kenexa will be implementing the online skill assessment tests for Ritvik Software using its Kenexa Prove IT! (www.proveit.com) for the latter's recruitment process. Through the use of pre-screening and selection tests, Ritvik will be able to deliver to its customers, scalability and accuracy through the resources that it hires, according to a release.
