Mala Mahandu `rasta roko'

Tuni: Activists of of Mala Mahanadu staged a dharna and blocked the National Highway No. 5 on Saturday to protest against the SC classification. They stopped vehicles on both sides more than 30 minutes and burnt the effigies of BJP leader Venkaiah Naidu and Chandrababu Naidu who they alleged were the main conspirators to break the unity between different Scheduled Castes groups. They asked the State and Central Governments to withdraw the Scheduled Castes classifications immediately. Mala Mahandu leaders T. Madhubabu and K. Raghu led the protest.
