Traffic diversion for Republic Day

CHENNAI:
The City Traffic police have announced traffic diversion on Kamarajar Salai in view of the Republic Day rehearsals on Tuesday. The stretch of Kamarajar Salai from Light House up to War Memorial would be closed for all vehicular traffic, except for vehicles with passes. Dr. Radhakrishnan Salai from Natesan Road junction up to Gandhi Statue would be closed for all vehicles, except for vehicles with passes.
Vehicles coming from north Chennai and proceeding towards Mylapore and Adyar would have to take Anna Salai, Pattullos Road, Royapettah Clock Tower, Royapettah High Road and R.K. Mutt Road. Vehicles coming from south Chennai would also take the same route in the reverse direction.
