Another man crushed to death

HYDERABAD: The dance of death continued for the second day on the Monappa Island-Greenlands stretch as a van ran over a pedestrian at midnight on Saturday.

The victim was identified as a car mechanic Krishna Rao, 26, of Begumpet. "He was returning home from his garage in Somajiguda when the van hit from behind," Panjagutta SI Prabhu said.

Hailing from Orissa, Rao came to the city in search of livelihood. A bank employee Naresh, 22, was killed near the same spot on Friday.
