HYDERABAD: The 14th convocation of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University (BRAOU) will be held on the university campus here on January 24. C. Rangarajan, Chairman, Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister, will deliver the convocation address and Governor Sushil Kumar Shinde would preside over the function.
