New President, Vice President for ICSI

CHENNAI: H. M. Choraria has been elected President and Preeti Malhotra as the first woman Vice President of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with effect from January 19. Mr. Choraria is the proprietor of H. M. Choraria & Company, Kolkata. Ms. Preeti Malhotra is Director and Company Secretary of Spice Ltd., New Delhi.
