Award for SBI Chairman

CHENNAI: The Bombay Management Association (BMA) President, Anant Singhania, has announced A. K. Purwar, Chairman, State Bank of India, as the Finance Man of the year-2005 at the 12th annual Financial Services Convention. M. Damodaran, Chairman, Securities and Exchange Board of India, inaugurated the convention and presented the award to Mr. Purwar, says a release.
