VIJAYAWADA: Host Acharya Nagarjuna men and Delhi women bagged the overall team championships in the Olympic round (70m) in the all-India inter-university championships here on Tuesday. ANU's N. Ravinder, Mangal Singh Champia, Seshagiri and Ch. Lenin, with their accurate marksmanship, garnered 231 points to finish ahead of Gurunanak Dev and Ranchi. Delhi's Priyanka Bisht, Kiran Pareshar, Nisha Tomal and Nita Pal registered 175 to stay on top. Kolkata and Ranchi took the second and third slots. ANU's N. Ravinder and Choudary Charan Singh University's Sumangala won the individual championships by notching up 92 and 107 points respectively. The results: Team championship: Men: 70m Olympic round: ANU 231, Gurunanak Dev 206, Ranchi 210. Women: Delhi 175, Kolkata 90, Ranchi 147. Individual championship: 70m men: N. Ravinder (ANU) 92, Sandeep Kamboj (Gurunanak) 89, Bulbul Marandi (Ranchi) 99. Women: Sumangala (CCS) 107, Priyanka Bisht (Delhi) 86, Kiran Pareshar (Delhi) 83. Sports Reporter
