Chennai: A two-day awareness programme in safety management for supervisors began at Chennai on Tuesday. V.K. Subburaj, State Labour Commissioner, and R. Sellamuthu, Labour Secretary, took part in the programme, organised by the Madras Action Centre in the State chapter of the National Safety Council.
