No going back on decision, says Kumaraswamy
Murudeshwar (Karnataka):
Janata Dal (Secular) rebel leader H.D. Kumaraswamy asserted on Tuesday there was no going back on his decision to form an alternate government in Karnataka with the support of his followers and the Bharatiya Janata Party.
Talking to newspersons here, he said he would not change his decision even if Congress president Sonia Gandhi offered him Chief Ministership as a patch-up measure to save the coalition Government in the State.
He said he had already clarified his stand to his father and party supremo H.D. Deve Gowda when he met him in Bangalore on Monday. ``The party had suffered enough humiliation at the hands of the Congress,'' he added. UNI
