Ranga Reddy police get CLUES team

HYDERABAD:
DGP Swaranjit Sen on Tuesday inaugurated a separate CLUES team for Ranga Reddy district police at Vikarabad.
This became the 26th CLUES team of the State police, a press release said. Mr. Sen said every CLUES team would be available to assist the police in gathering material evidence round-the-clock.
An exclusive vehicle fitted with wireless set for faster transportation and dissemination of information was given to each team. In the backdrop of many persons not coming forward to depose evidence and eyewitnesses turning hostile, the services of CLUES team had become crucial , he said.
State police Forensic Science Laboratory Director K.P.C. Gandi, Hyderabad range IG Ratna Reddy and Ranga Reddy SP E. Damodar were present.
