580 students participate in college festival

BANGALORE: Over the years, cultural festivals in colleges have evolved beyond recognition. A lot of planning and management goes into the organisation of such festivals, which attract students from a good number of colleges.

The ongoing "Talent search" at the Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering has attracted 580 students, all geared up to fight it out for the top honours in competitions galore. While the festival was open only to science students last year, it has grown to include arts and commerce streams this year.
