Three get life imprisonment for murder

BANGALORE:
The Bangalore Rural District and Sessions Court has sentenced three persons to life imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs. 15,000 on each for murdering two persons and causing grievous injury to the third.
Habib Pasha, Allabaksh, and Nayaz had a dispute with Venugopal, Satish Kumar and Gopalakrishna, over sharing of commission amount related to purchase and sale of property. The accused assaulted Venugopal, Kumar and Gopalakrishna near Mahanti Math in Devanahalli in March 1997.
Arrested
The Wilson Garden police arrested Akbar Pasha (24) of Hosur Road and D.N. Yadav (48) of Uttar Pradesh in connection with the murder of an autorickshaw driver on January 18. According to the police, the accused had a dispute with Ayub Pasha (30) that led to his murder.
