New SSLC question paper pattern

BANGALORE: The Karnataka State Secondary Education Examination Board will introduce a new pattern of questions for SSLC examinations in March 2006. This pattern, which will be applicable to visually challenged students also, will feature multiple choice questions under Part-A and short answer questions under Part-B. In core subjects, 60 per cent of the questions will be under Part-A and 40 per cent under Part-B.
