Zicom plans subsidiary in UAE

MUMBAI: The board of Zicom Electronic Security Systems on Thursday has approved the setting up of a whollyowned subsidiary in United Arab Emirates. The board appointed N. V. Tapare as an additional director on the board, it informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
