HYDERABAD : Saurav Sukul of West Bengal knocked out top-seeded J. Vishnuvardhan of Andhra Pradesh to set up a title-clash with Aditya Madkekar (Maharashtra) in the men's singles of the Cosmopolitan Club AITA ranking tennis tournament at Bhimavaram on Friday. In the semifinals on Thursday, Saurav outplayed Vishnuvardhan 6-0, 6-0. The results: Men's singles (semifinals): Saurav Sukul (WB) bt J. Vishnuvardhan (AP) 6-0, 6-0; Aditya Madkekar (Mah) bt P.C. Vignesh (AP) 6-3, 6-4. Doubles: Aditya Madkekar (Mah) & Arjun Goutham (Kar) bt Saurav Sukul (WB) & Jaco Mathew (AP) 4-6, 6-4, 6-3; Vikram Aditya Menon (TN) & Mithun Murali (TN) bt P.C. Vignesh (AP) & Suresh Krishna (AP) 6-2, 6-2.
