Sangareddy: Nizamabad range DIG Anjani Kumar has placed two Section Assistants at the Medak district police office under suspension for reportedly misleading superior officers in nominating constables for training. According to sources, Section A superintendent Satyanarayana and A1 Senior Assistant Eswar were found guilty in a departmental inquiry and the SP and ASP of Medak then submitted a report to the DIG. The suspended employees of the Police Department were supposed to prepare seniority lists basing on which the final selection for training in higher cadre has to be made. The inquiry was ordered based on complaints received from those constables.
