It's back to the woollens

The weather this season is really turning out to be truant. With sudden rise in temperatures last week, one presumed winter had come to an early end.

With the scorching heat reminding one of summer, one did not take too seriously the weatherman's prediction that it is a temporary phenomenon and the chill will be back.

And sure it did. True to Met officials' prediction, the chill is back with a bang forcing people to pull out their woollens again. And the pleasant weather became a perfect backdrop for the visitors to the Congress plenary too. And most of them went back charmed by the city's weather, cuisine, its clean and swanky look and perfectly manned traffic. Oh yes, the citizens had a brief reprieve from the wanton driving on the roads with everyone sticking to traffic rules what with the cops keeping an eagle eye on the violators.

Here is to few more days of winter before the weather gods change their mind once again.
