BPO professionals' union launched

HYDERABAD: The Union of ITES Professionals (UNITES) has formally announced the formation of the union for BPO professionals on the occasion of Republic Day at the gates of HSBC on Road No. 10, Banjara Hills, here on Thursday morning.

The UNITES President, P.P. Naidu, said in a press statement that the objective of the union was to bring comfort to the people working in the BPO industry so that they can work in their offices with freedom and without fear.
