RTC bus knocks
down elderly man
A pedestrian, Nagabhushanam, 62, was killed when an RTC bus of the Dilsukhnagar depot knocked him down in Chaitanyapuri under Saroornagar police station limits on Thursday.
He was a resident of Hanumannagar.
Mystery shrouds

A housewife, Madhavi, 22, who got married seven months ago, was found dead under suspicious circumstances in her flat at Leelanagar, S.R. Nagar, on Thursday.
While the police said nail marks and abrasions were found around the victim's throat, her father Venkateswar Reddy alleged that her in-laws had murdered her for more dowry. Based on his complaint, the S.R. Nagar police booked a case of dowry death. She was married to a digital colour lab owner Ramana Reddy last year.
