Centre receives 116 bids for 68 FM frequencies

NEW DELHI: The Central Government on Friday received 116 bids for 68 FM frequencies in the second phase for 21 cities spread across the western zone. It is expected to raise Rs. 87.17 crore by way of one-time entry fee raised from the bidding. Of these 62 bids prima facie qualified, an official statement here said.
