Flareon impresses

Mumbai: Flareon impressed when the horses were exercised here on Sunday morning (Jan. 29).

Outer sand:

600m: Serendipity (rb), Horse Raddish (Merchant) 40.5. Pair level. Hazel Head (Shelar), Driuds Glen (Kharadi) 38. They finished level freely. Good News (C. S. Jodha) (1,200-600) 40. Easy.

800m: Enaksi (Merchant), Cape Merino (S. Nayak) 50.5, 600/37.5. Former was well in hand while the latter was pushed to finish level. Olivia (Hamir), Oh What A Babe (Biramne) 53, 600/39. They moved freely. Portrush (Kharadi), Glenbervie (Shelar) 52, 600/38.5. Former to note. Jassi (Bernard), Choya (Bhadke) 53, 600/40. Both were level.

1,000m: Hugo (Hamir), Destined Path (Biramne) 1-5.5, 600/38.5. Former superior. Somethingabouther (S. M. Johnson), Dreaming (Ruzaan) 1-11, 600/41.5. Pair easy. Pride (S. Fargeat), Fiddlers Ferry (Neeraj) 1-10, 800/54.5, 600/40.5. They ended level. Forest Knight (M. R. Singh) 1-11, 600/43. Easy.

1,200m: Struie (Kharadi), Taanush (Shelar) 1-19, 600/39. Former strode out well and finished three lengths in front. Agha (Kharadi) 1-18.5, 600/41.5. Moved well. The Complete Man (F. Irani), Vittoriosa (Rupesh) 1-23.5, 600/41. Former better. Royal Flash (McCullagh) 1-18.5, 600/39.5. Pushed. Silent Presence (Jethu) 1-20, 600/40.5. Good.

1,400m: Charlie Parker (Merchant) 1-33.5, 600/40.5. Moved freely. Supreme Act (Sameer), Thundering Power (R. Pandey) 1-31, 1,200/1-17, 600/39. Former was urged and finished three lengths ahead. Latter moved well.

1,800m: Democraticus (S. Fargeat) 2-3, 1,400/1-33, 600/40. Moved well. Flareon (Merchant), Holding Court (McCullagh) 1-57, 1,400/1-30, 1,200/1-17, 800/52, 600/40. Latter was fully extended.

Inner sand:

600m: Asian Express (Pradeep) (1,200-600) 41. Easy.

1,000m: Grantown (Kharadi) 1-12.5, 600/42.5. Easy.

1,200m: Gold Star (Hamir) 1-22.5, 600/42. Moved well.
