SRIKAKULAM: The need for setting up a study circle to help candidates appearing for civil services examinations was emphasised by Member of Union Public Service Commission K.S. Chalam. Explaining various employment opportunities at a meeting at the Andhra University Post-Graduate Centre, Etcherla, on Sunday, Prof. Chalam said that many have the feeling that civil services meant only IAS, IPS and IFS. But the UPSC had been conducting competitive examinations for as many as 56 services.
