Change in number

The Electricity Call Centre number has been changed to 155333 from the existing 1912. The change will come into effect from Monday.

All electricity consumers have to call the new number for fuse-off and supply-related complaints and general enquiries, says an EPDCL release.

OUP workshop

Oxford University Press will organise a workshop on innovative and programmatic approach in teaching Mathematics on Monday here, according to L. Raghu Ram Reddy, Assistant Territory Manager.

Josepaul, former director, Educational Planning Group, St. Xavier's School, Delhi, will be the resource person.

Website inaugurated

D.V. Subba Rao, Former Chairman of the Bar Council of India, on Sunday inaugurated Malla Charitable Trust. Dileep Kumar, Head of the Department of Endocrinology of KGH, inaugurated the trust's website. T.V. Subba Reddy, Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, spoke in detail on social security at a symposium on the "Need for social security schemes'' organised on the occasion.
