Pravasi Bharatiya Samman winner

Seminar on rural industrialisation

KOCHI: A one-day seminar on rural industrialisation will be organised by Centre for Bharatiya marketing development on February 10 at Sikshak Sadan. The programme will be part of the awareness initiative launched by the Khadi and Village Industries Commission. KVIC director A.Mohanty, Ernakulam district panchayat president P.S. Shyla, former Science and technology advisor K.I.Vasu, Gandhi Peace Foundation secretary U.P.G. Warrier and others will address the meet. Demand for action against criminals

KOCHI: Bharatiya Yuvamorcha has mooted formation of people protection force with the assistance of residential associations in the wake of increasing number of theft and burglary. North East Crafts Fair

KOCHI: Northern handicrafts and Handloom Development Corporation Limited is organising a North East Crafts Fair on the premises of TDM Hall from January 30 to February 12.
