Tuticorin reigns

TUTICORIN: Host Tuticorin retained the title for the eleventh successive year defeating Kolkata 48-26 in the final of the 25th all-India Major ports basketball tournament here on Sunday. In the third place match, Visakhapatnam beat Chennai 42-37.

The results: (final): Tuticorin 48 (Senthilvel 17, Rathnaraj 13) bt Kolkata 26 (Bhattarjee 15).
