GUNTUR: People belonging to the Kapu community arrived from different places in the State and conducted a public meeting at Picchukalagunta grounds in Guntur on Monday demanding proper representation of the community in the coming panchayat elections. Kapunadu State president Pilla Venkateshwara Rao said that political parties were using the community for their votebank politics.
