MECA decision

Special Correspondent

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Muslim Employees Cultural Association (MECA) has decided to continue its struggle to press the Government to resort to special recruitment for filling the backlog for backward communities in Government services.

A meeting of the Association held here on Monday with its president M.A. Samad in the chair said that it was clarifying the position as the welcoming of the Government's decision on the Narendran Commission report by it was being construed as the withdrawal of its struggle over the issue.
